About Taiwan Study Support Center

Taiwan Study Support Center is a non-profit organization that was established in September 2010, and which its main goal is to support students who wish to study aboard in universities in Taiwan (especially high school students and those who have to retake the entrance exam for college.)

Recently, with the guidance of the Ministry of Education of Taiwanese government, we have been working to promote the studying of the Chinese language in Taiwan from Japan. Moreover, in 2015 we are going to establish a new campus in Honolulu, Hawaii. It is our goal to help young people like you to achieve their dreams to go to Taiwan.

Generally, the goal of students who go study aboard in Taiwan is to learn Chinese language and/or other specialized knowledge. (For our part, we mainly help students to apply to undergraduate and graduate school.) Therefore, it is extremely important to prepare everything in your country before studying aboard in order to achieve your goal efficiently. Of course, it is totally possible to visit Taiwan and to complete the application on your own. However, some difficulties might occur due to the language barrier and also, it might be hard to gather certain information on your own.

Therefore, it is our strength to provide the necessary support and information that might need during the application process. We also continue to support the students even during their stay in Taiwan. Plus, it is our goal to help the student to gain their Chinese language skills through the process of international experience in Taiwan, which could give them better opportunities for future career. (However, we will not be able to provide support for those who enroll in the language school for only a year.)

We wish to achieve a solid formation of skilled international human resources in Asia through studying abroad in Taiwan!
